Privacy
This page describes what this website, digitalmood.io, does with information about you. It is written from how the website is built and operated, and it is updated when that changes.
The website is operated by digitalMood LLC. How to reach us is at the end of this page.
What this website does not do
This website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising services. It does not load scripts or content from third parties, and it does not set cookies. It has no user accounts. The website does not intentionally collect information about you when you read its pages beyond what is required to serve your browser request.
The contact form
The only place this website asks you for information is the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address and your message. You can also tell us your organization and choose what your message is about; both are optional.
The form contains a hidden field that visitors do not see and should not fill in. It exists to filter out automated submissions. It holds no information about you.
What happens to your message
When you send the form, the website checks that the required fields are present and then sends your message as one email to a digitalMood mailbox. The website itself does not store your message: it has no database and keeps no copy of what you send.
The email contains what you typed — your name, your email address, your organization and the subject you chose if you gave them, and your message. Your email address is also set as the reply address of that email, so that answering it reaches you.
We use what you send us to read your message and reply to you.
If sending fails, the website tells you so and keeps what you typed in the form so you can try again. It does not record the content of a failed attempt.
How long we keep it
Your message is kept in our mailbox as correspondence: for as long as the conversation it belongs to is open or useful to answer you, and it is deleted when it is no longer needed. There is no fixed period.
If you would like your message deleted earlier, write to contact@digitalmood.io and we will delete the enquiry and its associated correspondence from our mailbox.
Hosting and email
The website runs on Hostinger infrastructure. Messages sent through the form are delivered by email using Google Workspace, which also holds the mailbox that receives them.
These services may keep operational records of their own, such as server logs, as part of running the infrastructure. The website does not read them.
What the website records
The website reads no information about your device or connection beyond what is needed to answer the request. The application does not access or store your IP address. When an email fails to send, the website records only that it failed and the technical category of the failure — never your message, your name or your email address.
Questions and requests
Write to contact@digitalmood.io to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. The same address is the one for any other question about this page.
Changes to this page
